Mr. Popat has total work experience of more than 22 years of which 10 years with corporate employment as senior compliance executive with Listed Entities and last 12 years as Practicing Company Secretary. Jatin did his Graduation in Commerce from Mumbai and became Fellow Member (FCS 4047) of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and also did his Law graduation from Mumbai University. He is also a registered attorney with the Trademark registry. He was employed initially for about 20 years in various organizations as Accountant, Banker, Company Secretary, In-house Legal Council, Compliance Head etc.
In 2004, post-employments Jatin started his firm JSP Associates. Jatin is also Managing Partner of R. Ganesh Associates (a leading Company Secretary firm since 1988 providing professional services to Banks and advisory Director of few companies including LegalJini.com (Legal Portal), WillJini.com (Portal for Will) and Smith Stone Walters (UK Visa Immigration Consultants). Jatin is member of ICSI, Trademark Registry, as well as CII, FICCI, BCCI, German Chamber of Commerce and TiE.
Mrs. Ratan Kapadia is one of the senior most woman CS professional in India. At the age of 75 with more than 40 years of vast experience in corporate strategies and compliances, she advises on corporate restructuring, corporate governance, corporate management. She is also an Independent Director of few companies and advisor of NGO/Trusts
Lakshmi is Commerce Graduate and qualified Company Secretary with more than 12 years of experience in corporate laws including FDI, Securities Laws, Setting-up companies, Corporate Governance for listed entities, due diligence audits, Overall compliance monitoring etc. Lakshmi has extensively worked for clients to obtain various Govt approvals including FIPB/RBI, Charity Commissioner, Regional Director, Company Law Board, Registrar of Companies etc. for clients
Shiva is a commerce graduate and qualified Company Secretary, having more than 10 years of experience in company law matters including creation, modification of charge, liaison and appearance before various authorities including Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Company Law Board, Official Liquidator, Regional Director, Registrar of Companies etc., secretarial audit of listed entities, due diligence audits, M&A, Winding-up. Shiva is also partner of R. Ganesh & Associates, a Practicing Company Secretary firm.
Hemang Dhakan is a Commerce Graduate and a qualified Company Secretary. He has more than 6 years of experience in matters related to company formation, compliances under company law, registration of IPRs, liaison with various authorities for registrations, supervision and training of interns etc.
Feni is a commerce graduate, law graduate and qualified Company Secretary. Feni has more than 5 years of working experience in company law compliances, setting-up companies, compliances of listed companies and Not-for-profit companies, etc.
JSP Associates have other team members including 5 qualified Company Secretaries, 2 lawyers, a Chartered Accountant, 3 Accountants, 6 interns for CS.
